RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Mama D’s Dough, every order is baked fresh and delivered locally in San Diego. Because our products are homemade food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong item, missing item, or damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
To help us resolve the problem, please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Refunds are not guaranteed for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, change of mind, or personal taste preferences.
LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY
Mama D’s Dough currently offers local delivery only within San Diego. We do not ship orders at this time.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an incorrect address, no answer, or unavailable delivery access, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
