Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mama D’s Dough, all orders are baked fresh and delivered locally. We currently offer local delivery only within San Diego and do not ship orders at this time.

Local Delivery Only

Mama D’s Dough is based in San Diego and only delivers to approved local areas. If your address is outside our delivery zone, we may not be able to complete your order.

We do not currently offer nationwide shipping, out-of-state shipping, or mail delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates and times may vary depending on order volume, baking schedule, location, traffic, and availability.

We do our best to deliver orders as quickly and carefully as possible, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions at checkout.

Mama D’s Dough is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • No one being available to receive the order
  • Restricted building or gate access
  • Wrong phone number or no response
  • Unsafe or unavailable delivery location

If a delivery cannot be completed because of one of these issues, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Condition

We package every order with care so your cookies arrive fresh and in good condition. Once the order has been delivered, Mama D’s Dough is not responsible for lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or improperly stored products.

Please bring your order inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Pickup

If pickup is offered, pickup times and locations must be confirmed before the order is completed. Orders not picked up during the confirmed window may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Changes

Changes to delivery address, delivery time, or order details are not guaranteed after checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
